Southampton have wasted no time in replacing Mark Hughes, with the St Mary’s club confirming that Ralph Hasenhuttl will be the new man in charge.

The Austrian coach left his previous role at RB Leipzig in the summer, as the Bundesliga side would not secure his future. Their loss is the Premier League’s gain, however, with the 51-year-old handed a two-and-a-half year deal at the Saints.

Naturally, fans are getting very excited about their new manager, who has been dubbed the Austrian Klopp for his high pressing style, but expectations must be kept realistic.
