Southampton moved out of the English Premier League relegation zone with a dramatic victory away to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

After conceding within five minutes, it looked like it might be another long afternoon for Saints supporters, but they produced a superb comeback to go 3-1 up thanks to Mario Lemina, Jack Stephens and James Ward-Prowse, before the Baggies pulled one back midway through the second half.

The 3-2 scoreline means that Mauricio Pellegrino's side end a huge 12-game winless streak and take huge confidence heading into the final 12 games of the season.

Supporters were overjoyed with the result and the performance of Mario Lemina in particular, who netted the equaliser and produced an all-round midfield display that was the catalyst for the victory.

Fans are now calling on him to get a more regular start than he has been recently, believing he can be the key to keeping them clear of relegation this season.
