Mark Hughes's team were beaten 2-0 by Chelsea in the semi-finals at Wembley on Sunday, and the fact that they were not dominated from start to finish may have made the defeat worse.

With regards to the Premier League, the table looks dismal for the Saints as they currently sit in the bottom three, four points from safety with only four games left to play.

The club will take on Bournemouth, Everton, Swansea City and Manchester City in their run-in.

Understandably, the fans have been frustrated with how the season has panned out, and many are now posting fingers at the club's recruitment.
