The big debate: Which Manchester Derby ace is better? Man City’s or Man United’s?

If you love sub-plots and interesting narratives, the Manchester Derby on Saturday is right up your street.

Not only will it be the latest instalment of Manchester United vs. Manchester City, but there’s Jose Mourinho vs. Pep Guardiola bubbling away nicely, Zlatan Ibrahimovic facing off against a manager he openly has little time for threatening to result in fireworks and the notable absence of the banned Sergio Aguero also present (or not present, rather).

However, there’s another little side story that we think is well worth looking at… Marcus Rashford vs. Kelechi Iheanacho. There’s a good chance both teenagers will at the very least feature for their respective sides at Old Trafford, with Rashford having scored the winner in Man United’s late victory at Hull City and Man City without the aforementioned Aguero.

The academy graduates have been in electric form over the course of the last 12 or so months, and it’s genuinely difficult to formulate an argument for one being ahead of the other in terms of overall quality.
