Whilst their current clubs will try and cling onto their services with all their might and overuse the phrase ‘they should learn their trade here first’, it is an inevitable truth that the best youngsters in the country are all too often head hunted by Premier League suitors. Finding the bright lights of the Premier League all too attractive, many youngsters are likely to get their teenage kicks in the top division this summer.

The Football League has always produced talents who have gone on to produce great things in the big league, notably Kevin Phillips, Bobby Zamora and in more recent years Dean Ashton. But with the current season set to embark on the final straight, many Premier League representatives may already be casting an eye over the cream of the crop in England’s next three divisions.
