Eric Dier has signed a new contract with Spurs that will keep him with the club until 2021.
The England international has been a huge hit at White Hart Lane under Mauricio Pochettino, who has converted the former Sporting CP youngster from a promising defender into one of the Premier League’s better holding midfielders.

And the club confirmed this morning that Dier has committed himself to them with a new contract.
The deal in question will run until 2021 and solidifies the 22-year-old’s position in the squad.
To date, he’s made 87 appearances for Spurs, netting six goals, and is likely to start for the Lilywhites against Monaco in Champions League action at Wembley on Wednesday night.
Dier’s team-mate, Christian Eriksen, signed a new contract with the north London side last week.
The versatile enforcer has won 11 caps at senior international level following his Three Lions debut in November 2015.
