If there was one criticism from Christian Eriksen's previous seasons at Tottenham Hotspur, it was how temperamental the Danish international could be for a player of his obvious quality.

That's not to say the playmaker didn't bring creative threat to most of his performances; rather, that his capacity as a match-winner tended to vary. In some games, he'd be the difference for Tottenham. In others, he'd just about surpass a supporting role, often when the Lilywhites needed him most.

But this season has been one of increasing maturity for arguably Spurs' most talented midfielder. More and more, Eriksen - who Transfermarkt value at £63million - has appeared to embrace his responsibility in the team this season, particularly since the start of December which has seen him enjoy a run of ten goals and six assists in 21 appearances.

Christian Eriksen's stats from Tottenham's 2-1 win over Stoke

A fortnight ago, Eriksen's wonderstrike at Stamford Bridge was vital in getting Tottenham back into a game that essentially secured them Champions League football for 2018/19, and against Stoke on Saturday the 26-year-old was the difference once again - officially scoring twice even if Harry Kane did his best to claim the second goal as his own, Eriksen's free kick seemingly glancing off the England international's shoulder.

And thus, we are left facing an interesting question; who is Tottenham's best match-winner? That is to say, the player with the greatest ability to turn a game on it's head with a moment of brilliance. Let us know by voting below...
