Modric, Bale and now this star? Real Madrid target another major Spurs raid

Real Madrid are keen on Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, according to reports from BuzzSport.

The France international is enjoying a stellar season in an impressive Lilywhites unit that remain in the hunt fir the Premier League title.

Since signing for the London club way back in 2012, Lloris has been linked with moves away from White Hart Lane on a regular basis, and reports claim that he’s once again on the radar of a major European side in the shape of Real.

The La Liga giants are thought to be on the lookout for a new No.1 to replace Keylor Navas – they came close to signing Manchester United’s David de Gea last summer – even though the Costa Rica international has largely impressed.

Lloris is perhaps a bigger name than the current Los Blancos stopper, with the ex-Lyon man the captain of the French national side.

Should the 29-year-old head to the Spanish capital, he would follow Luka Modric and Gareth Bale, who have both made big moves from Spurs to Real in recent years.
