But the attacking midfielder struggled to impact amid a host of injury problems and was sent out on loan to West Brom in January, where he managed just two substitute appearances in the Premier League.

That lead to an approach from from Brighton & Hove Albion, but Championship rivals Norwich City leaped ahead of the Seagulls in the race for Pritchard’s signature yesterday after agreeing an £8million deal with Tottenham Hotspur.
And the Canaries have now confirmed the former England U21’s arrival via their official website, having agreed a four-year contract with the Carrow Road outfit.
