Tottenham Hotspur have transformed under the leadership of manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Since the Argentine took over after leaving Southampton in 2014, the North London club have gone from strength to strength.

With a young team, Pochettino has guided them to third and second-placed finishes in the Premier League in recent seasons.

On top of that, individual players have thrived under the manager - namely Dele Alli and Harry Kane.

The latter has earned back-to-back Golden Boot awards in the past two seasons, while Alli has gone from League One to becoming a regular first-team member and England international.

The initial aim was to challenge for the league title this season, but Manchester City have left everyone in their wake.

As it stands, Tottenham are in fifth place, three points adrift of the Champions League spots after a five-game unbeaten run.

With Zinedine Zidane's future as Real Madrid boss hanging in the balance, Pochettino is an obvious candidate to take the role.

When asked about his future, the 45-year-old seemed non-committal.

During an interview with radio station Onda Cero, the Spurs manager said:

"Football will bring me to where football wants me to be. Jorge Grifa [former Argentina footballer] told me to focus on the present, to maintain your professionalism and let things happen, and he was like a second father to me."
