Tottenham have struggled to find consistency so far this season and face a stern test in the months ahead in their battle to secure Champions League football once again.

The Lilywhites face major changes to their club in 2019 and could see influential defender Toby Alderweireld leave as he rapidly approaches the end of his contract - and the option of an extension would activate a release clause set at just £25m.

That has led Mauricio Pochettino to target a replacement in the market and reports suggest the Lilywhites are eyeing a move for Manchester United outcast Eric Bailly, so we asked fans whether they would be keen on a swap deal.

A majority of 67% of supporters said they would not be keen on swapping Alderweireld for Bailly in January, with the remaining 33% interested in a switch that would seemingly suit all parties but one that would not necessarily improve a lack of depth in Pochettino's squad.
