The attacker entered the 2018 World Cup with a growing reputation and certainly impressed for Mexico on their route to the round of 16.

Everton’s director of football Marcel Brands recently admitted that his club would not move for Lozano unless he could be signed for a figure in the region of £20m.

Indeed, Brands believes that the attacker would be somewhat of a risk due to the fact that he does not have any experience in a major European league.

There is no question that Lozano has talent, however, and Tottenham Hotspur are currently in the market for a new player in the final third of the field.
