Revealed: 86% of Tottenham fans wouldn’t support January move for Ryan Fraser

The majority of Tottenham fans that responded to our recent poll said that they wouldn’t support a move for in-form Bournemouth man Ryan Fraser in January.

Spurs failed to sign a single player in the summer transfer window and are paying the price now as several key men such as Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen are all out with injuries.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side sit in fifth place in the Premier League heading into the international break, just behind North London rivals Arsenal, and many fans will be hoping that the chequebook is opened in January to ensure that the Lilywhites don’t slip out of the top four.

Bournemouth on the other hand have been this season’s surprise package in the Premier League and are just below Spurs in sixth. Scottish international Fraser has been key to this, with four goals and four assists from just nine appearances in all competitions.

The 24-year-old plays off the left-hand side and likes to cut in, meaning he would provide strong competition for the likes of Lucas Moura and Erik Lamela on the flanks. However, only 14 per cent of Spurs fans were keen to see the club move for Fraser. Check out the full results below.
