Spurs have been linked with the 25-year-old for some time, with Andre Villas-Boas believed to be a fan of his abilities.
Despite having spent over £100m during the summer, the London club are expected to delve into the transfer market once again in the New Year, and Perotti is believed to a player that may be on his way to White Hart Lane.
The two-time Argentina international said when asker about a potential move to England amid interest from Spurs that he feels that something may happen over the winter:
“A transfer is definitely possible in the winter market,” he said.
“I’ve not been playing well recently and I need to find my best form, but something could happen.”
Perotti is thought o be available for around £8m, with Sevilla likely to find it difficult to keep hold of one of their key men after missing out on European football for the current campaign.
The winger has struggled with injuries of late, but has previously been hailed as one of La Liga’s finest talents outside of the Real Madrid and Barcelona duopoly.
