Umbro really did produce some bad kits during the early 90s. To go along with the bad grey designs they produced for Manchester United and Chelsea, Umbro supplied this terrible third kit for Tottenham Hotspur in the early 90s.
The kit is split into two. The lower half has the occasional pin stripe, where the top half is just an eye sore.
But as bad as the two half’s of the kit are, nothing compares to the tackiness on the front of the shirt.
Umbro decided that, just in case fans or the opposition were unsure of who they were facing, they decided to print a large SPURS on the front.
It looks awful, even the large letters look poorly produced.
After some of the kits Umbro produced in the 90s, many clubs now wisely steer clear of the brand.
