Jose Mourinho’s troops recorded a huge victory over Aston Villa last weekend and with Manchester United beating Chelsea on Monday, Spurs are just one point away from the Champions League places.
Needless to say, the Special One’s magic is truly starting to kick in and even though it took a very late Heung-Min Son winner to seal the points, Spurs are slowly but surely climbing their way into the top four.
And following that clash, Dele Alli shared a couple of Instagram snaps with none other than Villa’s own star, Jack Grealish, who was impressive on the day as well, bagging an assist in the process.
What is particularly intriguing about the snaps is the fact Grealish has been linked with Spurs in the past.
Indeed, the north London outfit reportedly had the chance to sign the 24-year-old in 2018 but Daniel Levy didn’t pull the trigger.
And of course, many of the Lilywhites faithful have been pretty vocal about the midfielder as well, stating that they would love to see him in their team.
They may be “broskis” now, but Alli is unlikely to be as friendly towards Grealish if he eventually takes a place over him in Gareth Southgate’s starting XI at Euro 2020…
