The 26-year-old Argentina-born midfielder has been a key player for the pink-clad side this season, notching seven goals for the Serie A outfit.
However, it’s his creative edge that’s been more impressive, with Vazquez having notched nine assists from his playmaking role, while creating 46 chances and maintaining a pass accuracy rating of 79%.
This form has alerted Spurs, who are believed to be firmly in the running, alongside Southampton, for the pass-master.
Vazquez has been starring alongside Arsenal target Dybala this term, with the latter having earned the lion’s share of the praise.
A host of other clubs from across Europe are understood to be interested in the attacking midfielder, who has been with his current side since 2012.
His Palermo spell has not been a straightforward one, however, with Vazquez immediately loaned out to Rayo Vallecano in Spain upon his arrival.
