Spurs eyeing new Eden Hazard as Nkoudou deal stalls

Spurs are now looking at Lille’s Sofiane Boufal as their move for Marseille winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou continues to stall, according to reports from France Football.

The Lilywhites have been aligned with the l’OM ace for much of the past few weeks, but a deal for his signature has not yet been reached, even though the London club are willing to pay €13m (£10.9m) for him.

And it seems that Spurs are growing impatient, with reports claiming that they’re looking at Lille’s Boufal as a ‘Plan B’.

The 22-year-old, who has been likened to Eden Hazard due to his playing style, is believed to be a big admirer of the White Hart Lane club, which could ease negotiations.

One potential issue could be Boufal’s current meniscus injury, which is likely to leave him sidelined for at least another four weeks.
