Tottenham Hotspur fans have backed Kyle Walker-Peters to enjoy a breakthrough season in 2019/20.

The right-back played just six times in the Premier League last season, completing the 90 minutes on four occasions; against AFC Bournemouth, Southampton, Huddersfield Town and Everton on the final day.

The game against Bournemouth saw Walker-Peters register three assists in total as he gave an example of the quality he possesses, but he did not play his first game for the club in 2018/19 until December, featuring for 12 minutes in the 2-0 win over Leicester City.

Walker-Peters also played 61 minutes against Barcelona in the Champions League as Spurs drew 1-1 at the Camp Nou to seal their progression into the knockout stages.

And fans are confident that the 22-year-old could enjoy a standout season in 2019/20, as he looks to jump ahead of both Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier in manager Mauricio Pochettino's pecking order in north London.
