Tottenham Hotspur’s Moussa Sissoko could be set to leave the club this summer as Fenerbahce target the midfielder according to Turkish news outlet Sabah Sport.
The 28-year-old joined Spurs in 2016 but has failed to cement a place in the starting line up under Mauricio Pochettino.
Last season the French international made 33 Premier League appearances for Spurs, although the majority of these were as a substitute.
Sissoko joined Tottenham for the princely sum of £30million but he has failed to live up to the lofty price tag and is now valued at £16.2million on Transfermarkt.
Damien Comolli, the new sporting director at Fenerbahce who used to work at Tottenham, is reportedly keen to sign the right midfielder.
Tottenham fans have been reacting to the transfer speculation on social media, and it’s clear they’re happy for Sissoko to leave this summer.
Here’s a selection of some of their best comments and it seems for once all fans are in total agreement.
God bless Fenerbahce for buying all our flops ?
