Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted to interest in Christian Eriksen from Inter Milan.

Journalist Richard Hall, who specialises in Italian football, told Love Sport Radio that Inter boss Antonio Conte is interested in signing the Denmark international this month.

Of course, his contract expires at the end of the season and he will be available on a free transfer as soon as the season ends.

However, Inter are said to be willing to pay as much as €30m (£25.5m) to sign him this month, giving Spurs a fee for a player who could well walk away for nothing in a few months.

And some fans are desperate for him to leave in January.

And a number of other fans have also urged the club to reinvest this month as they attempt to strengthen the squad in January.

Indeed, some have picked out Inter players they would like to bring in – strikers Lautaro Martinez and Gabriel Barbosa.

The Denmark international has remained a key member of Jose Mourinho’s squad this season, making 24 appearances in all competitions.

He has scored three goals and registered three assists and played the entire 90 minutes as Spurs drew 1-1 with Middlesbrough in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho is doing Spurs no favours
