Per a talkSPORT report on December 24th, Kane had netted 34 goals in 45 games, though he then netted against both Brighton & Hove Albion and Norwich City, taking his tally to 36 goals in 47 outings.

That is a huge return and supporters have taken to social media to hail the England captain, with many claiming that he is the best in the world in his position.

A large number of supporters, though, chose to troll his doubters, with many calling attention to the fact that he is often, on social media, accused of being a "tap-in merchant", while he was also doubted as being a "one-season wonder" after scoring 21 goals in 34 games in 2014/15.

In total, Kane has scored 181 goals in 277 appearances for Spurs and will be out to score even more in 2020.
