The Daily Mail have now confirmed that, with a new report stating that Walker-Peters and Foyth will both be given a chance to impress in the club’s pre-season tour of Asia.

Walker-Peters could even reportedly be deployed as a left-back, with current options Ben Davies and Danny Rose both absent from the club’s tour; Davies is injured while Rose could secure a transfer away in this window.

And fans are not convinced that the tactic is the best idea, with many believing that a new right-back should be signed in this transfer window.
