Moussa Sissoko has been injured ever since early January when he underwent knee surgery, and so far he has missed a total of ten games for Tottenham Hotspur.

But there were some good news for Jose Mourinho and his troops on Friday as Alasdair Gold delivered a big update on the 30-year-old's current recovery process.

The midfielder is reportedly set to start his on-field rehabilitation in a major update for the dynamic French midfielder .

And many of the fans were over the moon with the positive news, calling him a beast and a warrior in the process...

And since both Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son are also currently unavailable to Mourinho and Spurs, it's fair to say there is a sparsity of quality, senior options at the manager's disposal.

With that said, it's no surprise fans were so buzzing about the update.

Given the club's recent issues in the centre-forward department, some supporters suggested that Sissoko's return could be the solution they've been waiting for.
