Spurs fans on Twitter berate Moussa Sissoko for his performance vs Wolves

Moussa Sissoko has now started Tottenham’s last four Premier League games, but after their 3-2 win over Wolves, Spurs fans were not happy with the 29-year-old midfielder.

Sissoko joined the club in a huge £30m deal from Newcastle in 2016, but he has all to often failed to show the quality necessary to be playing in a top-six side.

Against Wolves on Saturday, Spurs went 3-0 up thanks to goals from Erik Lamela, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane – the Englishman’s first league goal in five weeks.

However, with just over 20 minutes remaining, young defender Juan Foyth fouled Raul Jimenez in the box and Ruben Neves dispatched the penalty. Wolves then had their tails up and were given another chance from the spot when Foyth this time pushed defender Jonny, allowing Jiminez to convert, but Spurs were to hold on.

The main criticism levelled at Sissoko though was his lack of end product after a good run or beating a man, and Spurs fans made their feelings known. Check out the best reaction below.
