Moussa Sissoko has urged Tottenham Hotspur to learn from their last two defeats.

Mauricio Pochettino's side have lost to Burnley and Chelsea in the past week, with their title challenge sustaining two seemingly mortal blows.

Spurs face Arsenal this weekend before a Champions League meeting with Borussia Dortmund; a 3-0 first leg win means that they will progress to the quarter-finals if they avoid a heavy defeat in Germany.

And Sissoko has told his team-mates to improve on the back of their recent reverses.

Quoted by the club's official Twitter account, he said: "We have to learn from these two games and move forward. Now we have another opportunity, another derby at home in front of our fans and we have to make sure we play well. We will not give up."

However, a number of fans on Twitter have taken umbrage with Sissoko's quotes, insisting that Spurs should have reacted against Chelsea following their dismal performance at Turf Moor.

The uproar is perhaps a tad unfair, given that Sissoko was arguably his side's best player against the Blues, but you can take a look at the best of the reaction below!
