Tottenham Hotspur are still in the dark over whether or not they will lose yet another key first-team member after the Evening Standard revealed the Dele Alli is yet to receive a verdict from the Football Association over a potential ban.

And it has caused mass reaction amongst the Spurs fanbase on Twitter.

Jose Mourinho has already suffered from the loss of striking duo Harry Kane and Heung-min Son to injury, and he'll have to wait and see if he loses one of his makeshift options as the FA mull over what to do with the 23-year-old midfielder.

They are currently investigating the coronavirus video that Alli posted to social media, and he could face a subsequent ban for discrimination depending on their findings.

Here's the general feeling at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from the fans' point of view...

Plenty reacted in comical nature, suggesting that Alli had actually already been banned as he's not shown up on the pitch for several weeks now.

On the other hand, one supporter believed the England international would be hoping he receives a ban because of how bad Spurs have been overall.

A further member of the north London fanbase told the FA to give him a ban whilst another asked to charge him.

One fan even went as far as suggesting that the club should sell Alli, so they could go and get Jack Grealish, a former transfer target.

He has been at the club since 2015 when ex-manager Mauricio Pochettino nabbed the up-and-coming starlet from lower league side MK Dons.

While for some, they believed that there was some sort of conspiracy because it was Spurs and not some other Premier League side...

Saturday's controversial incident involving Giovani Lo Celso, who should have seen red for a stamp on Cesar Azpilicueta, was brought up while the club was described as being "cursed beyond belief."
