Mousa Dembele has just left the field at Wembley with what looked to be a minor injury. We can't be too sure of the severity just yet, but the fact that he was able to prevent a dangerous attack moments before he was substituted suggests it was not totally debilitating.Vincent Janssen, the bemoaned summer signing, was his replacement with Christian Eriksen dropping into Dembele's role to try and build play from a deeper position.Concern was immediate across the Twitter world, such has been the importance of Dembele under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino.[ad_pod id='playwire' align='center']

Arsenal's midfielders may have been rather chuffed to see the Belgian taken off before half-time, while Pochettino has enough concerns at the moment.
