Heung-Min Son is without a doubt having one glorious season so far in 2019/20.

He has already been named the AFC Asian International Player of the Year for a record third time in his career and now Tottenham Hotspur have officially confirmed he's received another accolade for his efforts.

This time, he's been proclaimed Korean Player of the Year for a record fourth time - as the club have shared on social media and Twitter - which, of course, prompted many fans to comment and shower him with praise.

They were saying that Son definitely deserved this and were gushing over the speedy forward...

Of course, some of the fans were also quick to notice the lack of any kind of real competition Son faces when fighting for these awards with his fellow Asian and Korean compatriots, stating they were not really surprised and that this was an expected turn of events.

No clues whatsoever: Which seasons do these iconic Spurs images belong to?

But looking strictly at the numbers, however, it's fairly easy to see that he has been quite extraordinary of late and very much warranted this crown.

Last year, in 2018/19, he netted 20 goals and ten assists in 48 games across all competitions while he's already at ten goals and nine assists this season and well on course to beat his previous tally if he can keep the momentum up.

In other news, many Spurs fans were thrilled after an update on a transfer target that some even dubbed as "Eriksen replacement"...
