Spurs keen on EURO 2016-winning ace, but £10m fee too low

Spurs are interested in Braga’s Rafa Silva, but a mooted £10m offer for the winger is far below his club’s valuation, according to reports from O Jogo.

The Portugal international was a part of his country’s EURO 2016 win earlier this summer, albeit he only featured for a minute in France.

Alas, his reputation has rocketed over the course of the past 12 months on the back of his showings for Braga, and the London Evening Standard have claimed that a £10m offer is being lined up by the Lilywhites.

However, O Jogo have picked up on this, and while they confirm that there is a desire from White Hart Lane to snap up Silva, the mooted fee is nowhere near the Primeira Liga side’s asking price.

The 23-year-old netted eight league goals for Braga last term and has been capped nine times by Portugal.
