The Belgian, brother of Blues ace Eden, was a Stamford Bridge star up until the last transfer window, when he made his loan move to Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach a permanent deal.
Despite joining Chelsea way back in 2012, the 22-year-old didn’t make a single competitive outing for the reigning Premier League champions, and has since hit out at his former club by claiming that he’s keen to emulate Kevin De Bruyne – the attacking midfielder left the Londoners to join Wolfsburg and cost Manchester City in excess of £50m over the summer.
And Spurs are reportedly looking at a deal for the tricky attacker, who would become the latest of a growing Belgian contingent at White Hart Lane.
The Lilywhites already own Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Nacer Chadli and Mousa Dembele.
A swoop for Hazard may, however, be tricky, with Chelsea possessing an £18m buy-back clause.
