Spurs fans have been through the wringer in recent summers. From the sale of Gareth Bale to the importing of talent from across Europe through to the cautious summer of 2014, it’s been a little underwhelming at White Hart Lane. Even the window just gone looked to be a disappointing one… until the Londoners moved for Son Heung-Min.
The South Korean carved out a reputation as one of the Bundesliga’s top attacking talents at Bayer Leverkusen, with his pace, movement and eye for goal all impressive. Spurs fans have had to wait for their £20m+ man, with the international break and work permit issues delaying the excitement, but finally he’s available today and has been thrust straight into Mauricio Pochettino’s XI.
Naturally excitement among Lilywhites fans is high, and some are predicting big things from their Asian star alongside Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
Son making his debut, be good to see what he can do…..have to get the 3 points today, COYS💙
