Tottenham striker Harry Kane will look out for England new boy Dele Alli when the Three Lions meet up for international duty, according to the Daily Mail.
England boss Roy Hodgson has decided to call up the Spurs midfielder, after some impressive displays since his move from MK Dons.
Now, club team-mate Harry Kane has announced he will help the teenager settle in to the international surroundings.
‘I will probably spend most of my time with him at England because we are at Spurs, and I want to look after him’, stated the England international.
The decision to call Alli up to the senior squad has shocked sections of the media, with the 19-year old only having made a handful of top flight appearances.
However, Kane has rejected any notions his team-mate is too inexperienced to operate for the national side.
‘I’m not surprised’, declared the 22-year old hitman, ‘he is a great talent and you don’t always have to have played in the Under 21s for a year or two before stepping up.’
Despite only playing in League One last season, Alli has looked impressive during his short Spurs career thus far.
