The Spurs XI to beat Burnley

After two months of failing to record a single victory in all competitions, Tottenham look to have turned their season around as they continue to mount a challenge for the Premier League title.

But they’re still lingering behind the division’s top dogs and this Sunday, Burnley travel to White Hart Lane hoping to put a further dent in the north London club’s title charge.

Indeed, Spurs have won two of their last three games but still find themselves ten points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino must mastermind another home victory and continue his side’s winning run┬áto have any chance of rivalling the Blues this season.

Worryingly for Burnley, Tottenham have not lost a home game all season – an incredibly impressive record at this point in the campaign – and have not been beaten by a bottom half team at White Hart Lane since 2015.

With three points required for Burnley to continue their survival push, Spurs must be wary of the Tykes on the counterattack. To ensure victory for Tottenham, Pochettino must pick this starting XI.
