The TEN negatives to take from Tottenham’s season

With only four games of the 2012/13 campaign left to play for Tottenham Hotspur, despite their destiny very much still sitting in the hands of the Gods, now seems as good a time as any to indulge in a spot of reflection.

Certainly, with the club still only two points off fourth placed Arsenal with a game in hand still to play, their chances of Champions League qualification are still far from over. But regardless of what fate may eventually befit their side, there won’t be too many supporters sad to see the back of what’s become one of the most exhaustive campaigns in recent memory.

Because for all the improvements Spurs have made under Andre Villas-Boas this term, they’ve experienced their fair share of turbulence, too. And when all is said and done come May, supporters will perhaps be left with more questions than answers.
