Julien Laurens attempted to dissect Mauricio Pochettino’s mindset after his nightmare few weeks at Tottenham Hotspur, and he made a very good point about where the Argentine’s head is at right now.

Laurens referred to the comments that the Spurs manager made after losing the Champions League final last season.

The Argentine said that he may have left the London club had he been victorious against Liverpool in Madrid, and Laurens believes that he may have already had one foot out of the door.

It’s a great point. The fact that Pochettino has openly admitted that he could have left if he’d have won the Champions League may hint that his commitment to the club isn’t quite at the same level it was a few years back.
