Tottenham are chasing Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi now the transfer market has once again opened for business, according to reports from ESPN FC.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is thought to be chasing attacking additions in order to take some of the pressure off of star striker Harry Kane.
An Argentine international, Lavezzi has amassed a wealth of top class experience during his time with Napoli and the Ligue 1 giants.
However, the 30-year old is thought to be keen on leaving the French capital due to a lack of playing time now former Manchester United flop Angel Di Maria is plying his trade there.
With his contract in Paris due to expire in June, the club could look to sell up while they still can receive a fee for the forward.
A versatile player, Lavezzi can operate on either wing or even more centrally, giving Pochettino options should he move.
