Tottenham Hotspur are weighing up a move for Toulouse striker Wissam Ben Yedder, according to MirrorFootball.
The 24-year-old has been sensational for the French side over the last two seasons and has attracted the attention of a number of top clubs across Europe.
The striker’s contract expires in 2016 and Spurs believe they could tempt him to White Hart Lane for as little as £5million after sending scouts to watch him on numerous occasions this term.
New Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is not keen on current strikers Emmanuel Adebayor and £26million flop Roberto Soldado, and is hopeful of bringing in replacements in the January transfer window.
And Pochettino is also keeping close tabs on Schalke forward Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who will be available for as little as £3million this winter before his contract expires next summer.
