Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a £100million bid for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen according to The Express.

The Denmark international has become a key figure in the Spurs team since signing for the club in 2013, making 172 Premier League appearances and scoring 41 goals.

He has made a reputation as something of a long-range specialist with his stunning free-kicks and strikes outside the box, and the 26-year-old has also notched up 48 assists thanks to his incredible passing range and vision.

Eriksen was reportedly offered a new contract by Spurs at the start of the summer with his current deal expiring in 2020, but he is yet to commit his future to the club.

His stalling has led Real Madrid and PSG to consider making a move for the star before their transfer window closes at the end of August, and the French champions are said to be readying a £100million bid.

Tottenham fans have been reacting to the rumours on social media and it's clear to see they don't want their main creative outlet to leave this summer, regardless of his high price tag.
