Tottenham Hotspur moved into the top four of the English Premier League on Sunday, capitalising on Chelsea’s defeat to Manchester United with a hard fought win away to Crystal Palace.
Having missed a number of big opportunities to open the scoring throughout, it was Harry Kane who predictably popped up to secure the three points for Mauricio Pochettino’s side in the 88th minute.
Kane has now scored 35 goals in 36 matches this season, already matching his entire total of last season with plenty of games left to go to 40 and beyond.
Fans of the Football FanCast Accy Show will know that we tend to recommend a Premier League outright win treble each week. Those fans might also be aware that this coupon has paid out on many occasions—including the last PL game week!

Fans were pleased with the result but frustrated with the performance, believing their team didn’t perform to the standards required.
Much of the criticism was aimed at Erik Lamela, who was starting just his third Premier League match of the season. With opportunities to impress few and far between, it’s important players like Lamela play to the best of their abilities, but fans were left wanting more from the Argentinian.
They took to Twitter to share their thoughts…
Lamela shouldn't be starting these types of games. Great when we need to press a team but offers little going forward imo. Son and Lucas may lose the ball more often trying to make something happen but when you're getting it straight back it matters little. #COYS #THFC

Really think we’ve got to give Aurier more time to settle, first season here, new country etc….not brilliant today but not going to call him out yet, Lamela though……you’re on thin ice my pedigree chum…..#COYS #THFC

We deserved to beat them. It was us that made Palace look good, with our subdue performance. Aurier had an awful game again, Lamela offers absolute nothing on the left & not particularly much on the right too. Son & Moura are definitely in front of him #COYS

Is there a more one-sided player than Erik Lamela? #COYS
