It’s a lovely thing isn’t it, Tottenham’s new stadium?

A retractable pitch, in-house brewery, the biggest club store in Europe, sky lounges and an art gallery all feature inside the colossal £1bn project, which opened its doors in May 2019. But at what cost have these luxuries come?

Well, a heavy one, it seems. Spurs have made just two new signings this summer and Pochettino, clearly unhappy with the lack of ambition shown, has taken a subtle dig at his employer, Daniel Levy. All is not well in paradise.

When pressed on his role in transfer matters, Pochettino told reporters; "Maybe the club need to change my title description, because my job now is to coach the team. It is not a question for me, it is a question for the club. Maybe the club are going to change my title description."

With deadline day fast approaching, Pl>ymaker FC have caught up with a couple of Spurs fans to find out their take on Pochettino's recent comments...

Listen to what they had to say in the video above.
