Tottenham fans have had enough of Eric Dier

Tottenham Hotspur conceded late to draw 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Tottenham had turned things around to lead 2-1 on the night, but Luuk de Jong levelled the scores in the 87th minute after Hugo Lloris had been sent off in the 79th minute for a late challenge on Hirving Lozano.

Spurs have been left down in third position in Group B, and are five points behind second-placed Inter Milan, who lost at Barcelona on Wednesday night.

Eric Dier once again lined up in the middle of the park for Tottenham, and it would be fair to say that a number of the club’s fans were disappointed with the England international’s performance.

Dier has long divided opinion with the Tottenham supporters, with some feeling that the midfielder is excellent, whilst others doubt his ability as a professional footballer.
