According to football.london Tottenham Hotspur correspondent Alasdair Gold, Spurs could reignite their interest in Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

During a Q&A with football.london, Gold had this to say about a potential future bid for the Serie A sensation: 'If the window closes (European window) and he’s still in Turin, then I wouldn’t rule out Spurs making another attempt to bring him to England.'

Mauricio Pochettino's side were strongly linked with a swoop for the Argentina international in the latter stages of the English transfer window.

However, the club were ultimately unable to get a deal over the line.

According to Gold, Tottenham could make another attempt to land the forward in the future, providing that he stays at Juve beyond the end of the European transfer window, which remains open until September 2 for a number of clubs.

A number of the English team's fans have been offering their views on the claim, and it would be fair to say that there are a lot of mixed opinions.

Indeed, whilst some would be delighted to see their team move for Dybala either in January or next summer, others have told the club to move on swiftly.
