Tottenham have been linked with a surprise bid for World Cup sensation Hirving Lozano, and fans would absolutely love the move to happen.
According to TEAMtalk, Spurs are ready to turn their attention to Lozano after struggling to land Bordeaux winger Malcom.
The Brazilian Malcom has been linked with both Spurs and Arsenal for quite some time, as Mauricio Pochettino looks to build a squad capable of challenging on four fronts.
Lucas Moura joined in January, but the links to the likes of Malcom and Christian Pulisic suggest Pochettino wants a pacy young winger to join the host of attacking talent at his disposal, and TEAMtalk report they are now eyeing up Lozano.
The 22 year-old Mexican, who plays his club football for PSV, was superb in the World Cup, grabbing the winning goal in his country’s shock win over Germany.
The tricky wide man has been linked with loads of Premier League clubs, but the report claims Tottenham are ready to be the first to test the waters, plotting a €40m (£35.3m) offer.
Fans have been discussing the links on Twitter, and you can find some of the best reactions down below…
