According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are considering a move for Tottenham Hotspur forward Fernando Llorente.

Luis Suarez has been in fine form for the Spanish champions in recent weeks, but Barcelona are light in attack when considering that Munir El Haddadi has departed for Sevilla.

Mundo Deportivo has claimed that Llorente - out of contract at the end of this season - is on Barcelona's wishlist as the Catalan giants search for another option in the final third of the field.

The 33-year-old has struggled for regular minutes at Tottenham over the last two seasons, but scored 118 times for Athletic Bilbao in Spain between 2005 and 2013.

Llorente has been strongly linked with a move away from Spurs, although Harry Kane's recent ankle problem might well have altered the London club's stance.
