According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter Milan have contacted Tottenham Hotspur over a move for Erik Lamela at the end of the season.
Lamela, 25, made his return from a long-term hip problem in the latter stages of 2017.
The attacker has been regularly involved for Spurs over the last few weeks, but has struggled to show his best form for the capital club as he battles to return to full fitness.
Lamela, who is valued at £22.5m by transfermarkt.co.uk, has a contract with Spurs until the summer of 2020, but there has been a whole host of speculation surrounding the attacker’s future since the January transfer window opened.
Inter Milan are said to be keen on the former Roma playmaker, and the Tottenham fans have reacted to suggestions that Lamela could leave at the end of the current campaign.
It would be fair to say that the Spurs supporters are split on the Argentine, who has struggled to show his best form on a consistent basis since arriving in England.

Nooooooo. I would keep him because he reinforces us when he's in good shape. He was injured for 13 months, so it is normal that he can not go straight away. When he is in shape, he is our best creative player with Eriksen.
