Tottenham Hotspur impressively came from two goals behind to draw 2-2 with Juventus in the first leg of their last-16 clash in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

It did appear that Juventus would record a healthy first-leg advantage when they took a 2-0 lead in Turin, but Tottenham hit back through Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen to leave the tie delicately poised ahead of the return fixture at Wembley next month.

A number of Tottenham players impressed against the Italian giants, but it would be fair to say that the Spurs supporters were not pleased with the performance of Davinson Sanchez.

Sanchez has had plenty of good moments in a Tottenham shirt, but the centre-back is nervy in possession of the ball, and could well lose his spot in the team in the coming weeks as Toby Alderweireld works back to full fitness.

Sanchez, who is valued at £31.5m by transfermarkt.co.uk, has been widely criticised for his display against Juventus, with a number of Tottenham fans taking to social media to reveal their displeasure.
