Indeed, over the last couple of weeks Spurs have been eliminated from the Carabao Cup by Colchester United and beaten 7-2 at home by Bayern Munich, so you can understand why there are concerns surrounding the club.

ESPN’s pundits attempted to decipher what exactly the problem is with Spurs at the moment, and one man believes that their issues are much deeper than originally thought.

“For me, it’s not only the players, it’s not only Pochettino, the feeling around Spurs seems to be poison,” Alejandro Moreno said, concluding that the club has “deep, deep issues”.
