Tottenham hit by £24m fee, Levy in need of transfer assistance – Best of THFC

A mixed week for Tottenham Hotspur saw defeat at City, followed by a laboured win at Vicarage Rd last night. Spurs were no way near their best last night which prompted Harry Redknapp to suggest that perhaps their name is on their cup this year. The North Londoners haven’t had much luck in recent weeks and Harry suggested that it is about time that they got the rub of the green.

Tottenham resume their Premier League programme at White Hart Lane this week intending to ensure they get maximum points to keep in the running for the title. Harry Redknapp still believes that despite being 8pts behind, they still have every chance to win the Premier League this season as he reckons that the likes of City and United will be dropping points between now and May.

This week at Football FanCast we have had a mix bag of blogs that includes that Tottenham need an extra pair of transfer hands; Harry has provided Spurs with the missing ingredients, while Levy should blow the roof off at White Hart Lane.
