Tottenham Hotspur could be set to reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, The Telegraph reports.
It has been claimed that Rabiot’s mother and agent has requested a transfer on her son and client’s behalf.
Spurs were interested in taking Rabiot on loan in January but his club would not allow the France U21 international to leave and the 20 year old went on to score four goals in 10 starts for the French champions.
His agent’s latest revelations could put Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy on high alert and could lead to a new enquiry for the one time Arsenal target.
Rabiot has become one of Spurs’ priorities this summer and Pochettino is very keen on bringing the midfielder to White Hart Lane.
However, the 20 year old is tied down to a deal till 2019, meaning his £20m price tag could prove to be a stumbling block.
